First you need to know that in order to apply for the Surge Secured Mastercard credit card you must have an active checking account or debit card. Once you make sure to have one, it is time to get online and fill up the application form on the Surge’s official website.

You will be required to fill up the introductory part of the registration form with your first, middle and last name, as well as your home and email addresses. After that, certify that you are a U.S. resident over the age of 18 (19 in the state of AL). Once you have done that, click the button at the bottom of the page that says “See My Card Offers”.

You will be redirected to another page where you will find the second and last part of the registration form, pre-filled with the information you provided previously. Add the information such as your date of birth, social security number, monthly income, phone number, and a couple other things before moving on to the terms and conditions.

Now, make sure to read all the terms and conditions so that you make the best use possible of your Surge Secured Mastercard credit card. Once you’ve done that, you can submit your application. The whole process is a no brainer, and you will be getting your result in just a few seconds.
