On the next page, enter your personal information such as first name, last name, date of birth. Then scroll down and fill in the contact information with your home address, city and state. If you scroll further you will find the blanks you should fill in with your financial information. Then answer “yes” or “no” to whether you have direct deposit. If you would like to get your paycheck or government payments as a direct deposit to your account, check the next box. Once you’re done, hit “Submit My Profile”.
Your approval should come out within seconds. Once you get to the approval screen, you must enter your Social Security Number and your card info so that you can fund your account. Don’t forget to check the boxes below, and then click on “Activate My Card Now!”. You are done!
