- The difference between your monthly income and your mortgage/rental payment must be at least $425;
- Be of legal age, have a Social Security Number (SSN) and be a student;

To use this feature, go to the official Quicksilver Rewards for Students website. Then, click on the green button that says “See If I’m Pre-Approved”.
Next, you will need to provide personal and income data. In a few minutes, you will receive an email with the result. If you are approved, you will also know how to proceed with your application.
Apply using the app
With the “Capital One Mobile” mobile app you can manage all your card activity. Block it when needed, check your credit score, track your rewards, make payment and much more.
However, you cannot apply for any of the Capital One cards via mobile. So, if you want to apply by mobile, you must use your browser and follow the steps above.
